Welcome to the Bloomsbury Quarter project website, your source for the latest updates on construction activity within this landmark scheme, formerly known as the Holborn Links Estate, located in the heart of London.

Phase One, which involved the refurbishment of 21 Southampton Row, Vernon House, and Sicilian House, reached practical completion on Tuesday 20 May 2025.

Phase Two, focused on the refurbishment of 31 Southampton Row, is now underway and will continue over the coming year.
